Structure in the learning system is very important. Also getting feedback from students is very important. The organization and both technical and professional support for understanding and achieving the expected goal. Organization is very important in the educational program
Understanding ways to keep students motivated and eager to learn. Be relatable but have high expectations/standards.
Make the student experience personal. Always encourage them to remember why they enrolled and what their end goal is. I also tell me personal experience navigating through beauty school which they can relate to.
It is always good to have multiple ways to evaluate the effectiveness of your online courses!
